If you're facing any issues or have questions, our support team is here to help. You can easily raise a support ticket and track its status using the Delta Exchange India platform. Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to walk you through the process.
On the top of the Delta platform, click on the last icon and select "Raise Support Ticket."
You’ll be redirected to the support ticket page where you can describe your issue clearly.
i) Enter the required details as shown in the screenshot below (include your name, email, subject, and description of the issue).
ii) Attach any relevant screenshots or files, if needed.
iii) Once done, click on Submit.
How to Check the Status of Your Ticket:
To track your ticket status, visit the support portal and log in using the email ID you used to raise the ticket.
Note: You need to log in with Google to proceed. If you face any issue in the login process, please let us know by raising a support ticket.
Once logged in, click on the "View Tickets" option at the top or in the dashboard menu.
You’ll now see a list of all tickets you've raised along with their current status (Open, In Progress, Resolved, etc.).
Important Note: If we don’t receive any response from your side within 24 hours of our last reply, the ticket will be automatically marked closed as per procedure. In case you're still facing the same issue, you can simply reply to the same email thread to reopen it.
We kindly request you to avoid creating a new ticket for the same concern, as continuing the existing thread helps us assist you more efficiently.
